Happy Holidays!

Whew!  What a busy year!  It may not look like it (my New Year's resolution?  Be a better blogger!!) but we've been going non-stop for weeks!  It's time for a little R&R.  We'll be taking a break for the holidays and promise to return emails, set up meetings, and get back into the swing of things in January. 

We would like to say a big "Thank You!!" to all of the couples we worked with this year!  We really and truly couldn't do it without you!  We hope your first year of married life has been, and continues to be, absolute bliss!  

To our 2009 couples that we have already booked - Thank you to you, too!  We are excited about the upcoming season and look forward to seeing you soon.  Please call or email if you have any questions, need a little help, or just want to say "hi"!  

To all the couples we will work with, but have not yet met - we can't wait to hear from you! 

To all the vendors who make it party! - we look forward to more fun Saturday nights!  Thanks for a great year!

Claudia and Jeff 10.11.08

We've been looking forward to Claudia and Jeff's wedding since December, when we had a great time walking around Leesburg (in the rain) and taking some engagement pictures!  They are such a sweet couple!  Well the big day finally came and the rain that made for an interesting engagement shoot was nowhere to be seen!  What a beautiful fall day!  The weather was perfect, everyone looked amazing, and the setting was ideal.  Claudia and Jeff got married at Whitehall Manor in Bluemont, VA.  The manor is nestled in some of Virginia's prettiest countryside.  Everyone was taken aback by the beauty of the day.

Lisa and Paul 8.30.08

Lisa and Paul were married in a morning ceremony at the Bristow Manor Golf Club in Bristow, VA.  After several days of rain, I think everyone was glad to see a clear sky!  The wedding was beautiful!  Enjoy the following pics...

Bristow Manor is a beautiful old house that overlooks some lovely Virginia countryside.  What a pretty setting in which to say, "I do!"

Jenn and Scott: Engagement Session 8.03.08

What a fun afternoon! We met up with Jenn and Scott in Middleburg this afternoon to shoot their engagement photos. They had their first date in Middleburg and it was also where Scott proposed, so the quaint little town held a lot of memories. The weather cooperated (hot, but not too humid), the sky was a brilliant blue, and Jenn and Scott looked fabulous! These are just a few of my favorites! Enjoy!    ~karen
